ENERGO-PRO Grids teams restored the power supply to 1379 users in Kubrat after a serious accident caused by an external company during excavation activities.

After a power outage was registered in the Dispatch Center in the area between the central and eastern parts of the city, an emergency team on duty was sent to find out the cause that triggered the shutdown. During the inspection, the specialists found that digging a site for the construction of sewerage in Kubrat, the external company damaged a medium-voltage cable connecting two substations - “Arda” and “Yantra”. As a result, the electricity of 1,379 households and businesses in the area was cut off.

The specialists of ENERGO-PRO Networks took the necessary measures as quickly as possible and created an organization to eliminate the accident. They secured the failed cable and restored the damaged section. Observing all safety measures, within 30 minutes the power supply to all customers of the company in the area was restored.
