ENERGO-PRO teams eliminate dozens of accidents on the electricity distribution network in North-East Bulgaria

Record strong winds, reaching up to 100 kilometers per hour, caused dozens of accidents on the electricity distribution network in Northeastern Bulgaria today. From the early hours of the day, ENERGO-PRO teams locate and eliminate damage to medium and low voltage overhead lines.

The situation in North-East Bulgaria is changing dynamically. As of 2:00 p.m., as a result of hurricane winds, 148 settlements were without electricity. The districts Silistra - 37 villages, Razgrad - 33, Dobrich - 27, Shumen - 24, Ruse - 8, Targovishte - 8, Veliko Tarnovo - 6 and Varna - 3 settlements are affected.

All emergency teams are mobilized and provided with the necessary equipment to eliminate the damage. The company has mobilized an additional resource of qualified personnel and equipment, which is aimed at the areas with the highest number of failures.
