ENERGO-PRO teams prevented the prerequisites for accidents
Teams of ENERGO-PRO Networks, together with a company authorized by the municipality, carried out sanitary felling in the Tutrakan area. Thus, eliminating the prerequisites for accidents, they prevented unwanted power outages on the power line “Baikal”. The power line is air-cable and supplies 2833 subscribers in the territory of the city of Tutrakan, including important state and municipal institutions - hospital, municipality, police, post office, banks, labor office, social care, as well as a number of shops and establishments.
As they grow, the branches from the crowns of trees bring the wires closer, in stronger winds they become entangled in them and often break them, causing accidents. Very often, and whole trees are in dangerous proximity to power lines. However, under the Biodiversity Act, activities leading to the destruction, damage or deterioration of the physiological state of trees are prohibited.
Respecting the legal order, ENERGO-PRO sent a written request and request for pruning and felling of single pine trees to the municipality of Tutrakan. As a result, a commission was organized by employees of RIOSV and Tutrakan Municipality. The Commission has issued an opinion that 72 individual pine trees are in dangerous proximity to the current-carrying parts of the 20-kilovolt Baikal overhead power line. The object was commissioned for implementation by a company authorized by the municipality. With the joint efforts of its employees and the technical teams of ENERGO-PRO, the trees threatening the normal operational functioning of the power line were removed.
