EPP North teams will be on duty during the holidays

In connection with the upcoming holiday days, Elektrodistribuenie North provides 62 teams on duty, equipped with the necessary materials and tools, who are ready to react in the event of damage to the electricity distribution network in the districts of Varna, Dobrich, Silistra, Shumen, Targovishte, Veliko Tarnovo, Gabrovo, Ruse and Razgrad. The equipment of all cars that will be available to the teams on duty has been checked. Company executives will work on a schedule to coordinate emergency remediation activities, form additional duty groups, and redeploy teams and equipment as needed. ERP North employees are in continuous contact for the purpose of exchanging information with the Network Management Centres.

The electricity distribution company is suspending all planned network outages during the holidays and restoring normal power supply schemes in North-East Bulgaria. The accountants of the ERP North will report the electricity consumed on a schedule. The company's 24-hour telephone center 0700 1 61 61 is available to customers for information and to provide alerts in case of unforeseen power outages.
