ENERGO-PRO teams continue to prepare the power distribution network in Varna for operation in severe winter conditions. Repair work on electrical facilities is carried out on schedule throughout the district. Along with prevention, damaged elements of the facilities are replaced and poles are removed. Power distribution company crews are doing sanitary pruning of tree branches along the aerial network in the area to prevent accidents in violent winds and heavy snowfall during the winter season.

Simultaneously with the planned repair work, the facilities of the electricity distribution network fail as a result of inconsistent construction activities carried out by external companies. During this week, a medium-voltage cable from a company carrying out excavation activities was damaged in the Chaika district of Varna. This created inconvenience for hundreds of the company's customers, who were left without power until the accident was fixed. Thanks to the quick response of the emergency teams of ENERGO-PRO Grids, in less than an hour, the power supply in the area was restored.
