ENERGO-PRO teams will take care of the light and comfort in our homes during the holidays
On the eve of one of the brightest holidays — Easter, the emergency teams of ENERGO-PRO are again ready for emergency work in case of need.
Holidays are an occasion that brings families and close people together to share their joys and excitement. For decades, imperceptibly and imperceptibly, electricity has contributed to light and comfort in our homes and is an integral part of our daily lives. Hundreds of people take care of this convenience of ours, whose irrevocable concern is to provide electricity at any time, in any locality, in any weather conditions. In North-East Bulgaria these people are the emergency teams, dispatchers and telephone operators of ENERGO-PRO.
On the organization of the work of teams, Eng. Stoyan Tomov, Head of Department at Distribution Center Varna, explained: “Our main commitment now is to provide reliable power supply to our customers during the holidays. We have created a special organization that makes us flexible. We have provided teams of home duty who are provided with cars, tools and materials. They are ready to react immediately when any circumstances arise on the network. Our electricians are highly qualified. The boys are motivated, responsible and work with desire.”
This is what two electrical installers of ENERGO-PRO, who will be on duty during the festive days in Varna, shared about their work: “We are available and ready to react immediately in case of accidents on the network.”, explained Atanas Sestrinski. “On these bright holidays, each of us wishes to be with our family, but we owe a debt to society and to our customers. Our desire is for people to welcome the holiday calmly, in a cozy atmosphere and we have prepared to take care of this,” added his colleagueStefan Baev.
Maria Dimitrova, Director of Customer Service reminded that the phone 0700 161 61 works around the clock and its customers can send an alert or request information at any time.
