ENERGO-PRO teams restored power supply in nearly 500 settlements in North-East Bulgaria
Electricity supply in nearly 500 settlements on the territory of North-East Bulgaria has already been restored. All emergency teams of ENERGO-PRO Grids are mobilized to eliminate the faults that have occurred. Work on restoring the power supply will continue throughout the night.
Heavy snowfall and strong wind caused damage to the facilities of the electricity distribution network in Northeastern Bulgaria. As of 17:30 today there are about 190 settlements without electricity in the districts of Dobrich, Silistra, Razgrad, Ruse, Shumen, Varna and Veliko Tarnovo. The company redirects an additional resource to the areas with the highest number of failures. The situation in Silistra and Dobrich regions remains the most severe.
Due to closed sections of the road network, the company's accountants will not be able to report on schedule the electricity consumed by some customers. The readings of these electricity meters will be recorded at the first possible moment after the situation has normalized.
