ENERGO-PRO teams restored power supply in more than 200 settlements in North-East Bulgaria

Power supply in more than 200 settlements on the territory of North-East Bulgaria has already been restored. All 384 emergency teams of ENERGO-PRO Grids are mobilized to eliminate the faults that have occurred. Heavy snowfall and strong wind caused damage to the facilities of the electricity distribution network in Northeastern Bulgaria. As of 14:00 today, about 370 settlements in the districts of Dobrich, Silistra, Targovishte, Razgrad, Ruse, Shumen, Gabrovo, Varna and Veliko Tarnovo remain without electricity.

Due to closed sections of the road network, the company's accountants will not be able to report on schedule the electricity consumed by some customers. The readings of these electricity meters will be recorded at the first possible moment after the situation has normalized.

The management of ENERGO-PRO Networks is in constant contact with the district and municipal headquarters for disaster protection to synchronize actions. The company redirects an additional resource to the areas with the highest number of failures.
