Information as of 08:00

The company's emergency crews continued to work hard late into the night to fix the power grid failures. As of 8:00 this morning, the power supply of 8,700 customers in 66 settlements in the areas most affected by the disaster — Gabrovo and Veliko Tarnovo, was restored. The work of the teams continues to be difficult, due to the numerous fallen trees and broken branches that make it difficult to pass through the area.

As a result of the devastating storm in the early hours of yesterday, 73,000 customers in 376 settlements were left without power. All emergency teams of ENERGO-PRO were mobilized to locate and eliminate the accidents at the facilities and as of 17:00 yesterday 15,000 customers were left without electricity in 145 settlements in Gabrovo and Veliko Tarnovo districts.

The most serious accidents on the electricity distribution network remain the broken poles of two power lines in the Gabrovo region and in the Elena Balkan region. Still without power supply are 19 settlements in Veliko Tarnovo region and 60 settlements in Gabrovo region. Despite the harsh operating conditions, the company's teams continue to troubleshoot the power grid. It is expected that by the end of the day the power supply will be restored to all settlements in the affected areas.
