The teams of ERP North work to restore the electricity supply in the settlements without electricity

The hurricane wind in the last hours created emergency situations in individual places on the electricity distribution network in Northeastern Bulgaria. The teams on duty of ERP North are working on the localization and elimination of the damage to the facilities, and in some of the affected areas there is already power supply. Despite adverse weather conditions, the activities of the teams will continue until the full restoration of the customer's power supply even in the dark part of the day, if the connection schemes and the terrain allow. If possible, a backup connection will be provided until the breakdowns are resolved. The call center operates at full capacity, but due to the increased volume of simultaneous calls, a delay in making a connection with an operator is possible. In case they need information, customers can hear a recording with data on the settlements in which work is carried out.
