Elektrodistribuenie Sever AD introduces new services in accordance with changes in the Energy Law

Customers of Elektrodistribuenie Sever AD, whose facilities have a power of more than 50 kW, can obtain remote access to the data from the measurement of their consumption. To do this, it is necessary to request the replacement of the commercial measuring instrument (electricity meter) with one that allows remote reporting of the measurement data by settlement periods. In the event that such a device is installed on the site, the customer can request remote access to the data of his consumption. This service can also be requested by any electricity producer with an installed capacity of more than 50 kW with an installed electricity meter that allows remote reporting and format of the measurement data in accordance with regulatory requirements.

The new services are provided on the basis of Art. 120, para. 5 and para. 9 of the Energy Act. They can be requested at all Customer Service Centers of the company or online, by submitting an application signed with a qualified electronic signature to the email: info@erpsever.bg. The price of the services is announced in the price list of Elektrodistribuenie North AD, published on the company's website: https://www.energo-pro.bg. In one case where a meter replacement is required, the cost of the service includes the direct costs, the value of the appliance and the return on the asset calculated in accordance with the regulatory-defined rate of return. In the second case, where the meter allows remote access to the data and only a change of its parameters is necessary, the price includes only the direct costs.

The term of execution of services is 30 days. During this time, the specialists of the network company will carry out a technical inspection of the means of commercial metering and, if necessary, replace it or change its parameters so as to allow constant access to the data of the measurement of the consumption of the object.
