Electricity Distribution North invests 230 thousand leva in the network in the municipality of Avren

With the implementation of a number of projects within its investment and repair program for 2021, ERP North invested 230 thousand leva in the rehabilitation of the electricity distribution network and its facilities in the municipality of Avren.
Nearly 150,000 leva have been invested in reconstruction and construction of low and medium voltage air network in part of the villages on the territory of the municipality. Another over BGN 16,000 was used to make cuts on overhead power lines. Periodic pruning of tree branches that have grown dangerously close to the wires improves the quality of power supply to consumers, especially in case of worsening climatic conditions. In addition, investments have also been made in the construction of telemechanics in Priseltsi node station, replacement of insulators and consoles on the BOILARTSI and WIND SINDEL. With the repairs and rehabilitation carried out on the network in the municipality of Avren, the security of the electricity supply of nearly 10 thousand customers of ERP North in 17 settlements on the territory of the municipality has significantly increased.
All activities on the electricity distribution network are carried out in a coordinated manner and with the assistance of the local authority, and the company's goal is to guarantee the quality of the service provided to its customers with their implementation. Maintaining the electricity distribution network in good technical condition both in the municipality of Avren and throughout the territory of ERP North is a priority for the company. This year alone, the electricity distribution company has invested BGN 40 million in improving the electricity supply of its customers in North-East Bulgaria.
