Electricity Distribution North has announced its intention to submit an application for the validation of access and transmission prices to the Energy and Water Regulatory Commission

In fulfillment of the regulatory requirements, Elektrodistribuenie Sever AD informs its customers that it intends to submit an application to the Commission for Energy and Water Regulation (EWRC) for the approval of new prices for the services access and transmission of electricity through the electricity distribution network for the upcoming price period from 01.07.2025.

In its application for price validation, the company will propose to EWRC, in accordance with Article 31, item 2 of the EA, to recognize the economically justified costs for carrying out the licensing activity and providing a quality service to its customers. Elektrodistribuenie North AD will declare the statutory adjustments to the annual revenues required for the current price period, including the reported inflation (2.4% according to NSI data) and the achieved price for the purchase of energy to cover the technological costs.

In the application Elektrodistribuenie Sever AD will propose that the price for access to the electricity distribution network of domestic final customers be determined on a power basis.
