The power supply of 27,000 customers in more than 200 settlements in North-East Bulgaria has already been restored

ENERGO-PRO teams restored power to 27,000 customers in 211 settlements in North-East Bulgaria in the last two days. As of 18:00 today, 3,000 customers are without electricity in 86 villages in Gabrovo (58), Veliko Tarnovo (27) and Shumen (1) districts. As a result of severe weather conditions, secondary damage continues to occur in these areas from breaking branches and trees that break wires and from icing on facilities. The most complex situation continues to be the situation in the municipalities of Gabrovo and Sevlievo, where the disaster situation has not yet been canceled and where ENERGO-PRO has redirected additional resources of specialists and equipment from the areas less affected by the winter elements. Despite the harsh conditions, ENERGO-PRO teams continue to work at night to normalize the electricity supply in the disaster areas.
