ENERGO-PRO Grids will also report electricity meters during the holidays in early May
The accountants of ENERGO-PRO Networks will continue to report the consumed electricity in the districts of Varna, Dobrich, Silistra, Shumen, Targovishte, Veliko Tarnovo, Gabrovo, Ruse and Razgrad during the holidays. The aim is to prevent an extension of the reporting period and an increase in electricity bills, as a result of the accumulation of a large number of days off at the beginning of May.
During the holidays, simultaneously with the accounting of the readings, the accountants will also carry out control of the serviceability of the electricity meters. A large part of the seasonally inhabited properties are used precisely on weekends, and their owners will be able to provide access to specialists for reporting and checking appliances.
ENERGO-PRO emergency teams are also ready to react in a timely manner in the event of network failures. They are equipped with the necessary means of communication, cars and tools. In the event of more complex accidents, the company is ready to engage additional groups in order to restore the power supply as quickly as possible.
Customers who have failed to pay their electricity bills on time can do so at the cash desks of our partners Bulgarian Posts on May 3rd and 5th. Immediately before the holidays ENERGO-PRO Grids will not interrupt the electricity supply of customers who have failed to pay their electricity bill on time.
