ENERGO-PRO enables its domestic customers to report electricity meters themselves in connection with the new electricity prices

In connection with the change in the price of electricity, adopted by Decision No C-27 of 31.07.2015, ENERGO-PRO gives its domestic customers the opportunity to report the readings of the electricity meters themselves and request the data by tel. 0700 161 61 or e-mail: service@energo-pro.bg within the period up to and including 6.08.2015.

ENERGO-PRO Grids carries out regular reporting of consumed electrical energy according to the announced schedule. The consumption of customers who have not made a self-report will be proportionally distributed at the old and new price depending on the number of days before and after the price change included in their individual reporting period.

The consumed electricity will be reflected in the invoices in two subperiods - a subperiod at the old prices until 31.07.2015 inclusive and a subperiod at the new prices from 1.08.2015 until the date of the regular report.
