ENERGO-PRO enables self-reporting of customers where there is a change in final electricity prices

In connection with the decision of the Commission for Energy and Water Regulation (EWRC) on the change in electricity prices of 1.11.2015, ENERGO-PRO enables its customers, in whose case there is a price change, to take the readings of the electricity meters themselves and request the data on the 24-hour telephone 0700 1 61 61 or by e-mail: service@energo-pro.bg within the period up to and including 6.11.2015.. For domestic customers of the company, self-reporting is not necessary, since with them there is no change in the final cost of electrical energy.

ENERGO-PRO Grids carries out the regular reporting of the consumed electrical energy according to the previously announced schedule. The consumption of customers who have not taken advantage of the self-report option will be proportionally distributed at the old and new price depending on the number of days before and after the change included in their individual reporting period. The consumed electricity will be reflected in the invoices in two subperiods - a subperiod at the old prices until 31.10.2015 inclusive and a subperiod at the new prices from 1.11.2015 until the date of the regular report.
