ENERGO-PRO enables its customers to self-report in the upcoming price change

In connection with the announced change in the final prices of electricity from 07.04.2017, all customers of ENERGO-PRO can make a self-report of the quantities consumed by them. To do this, they can refer to the meter readings in their object of consumption as of April 7, 2017. After that date, new electricity prices will come into force by a decision of the Energy and Water Regulatory Commission.

Every customer of ENERGO-PRO will have the opportunity to provide the reported data in the 24-hour telephone center on 0700 1 61 61, by e-mail service@energo-pro.bg or in the most convenient customer center of the company. Customers can provide information about their consumption from 7 to 10 April inclusive. The electricity distribution company will continue to carry out the monthly report of consumed electricity, reserving the right to check the accuracy of the readings submitted by the customer. The choice to make a self-report of consumed electricity is individual for each client. In the case of customers who do not take advantage of the opportunity provided, the company will invoice the consumption according to the regulated methodology — proportional distribution of the reported quantities on the days before and after the price change. The number of days on the old and new price will be different depending on the reporting period of each client.

As before, the price change will be reflected once in the invoices of ENEGRO-PRO customers. All payment documents for the reporting period, including the change in prices, will contain two subperiods — period for the old prices up to 06.04.2017 inclusive and for the new ones — from 07.04.2017.
