ENERGO-PRO digitizes services for connecting to the grid and requesting renewable energy installations

ENERGO-PRO implemented the Virtual Customer Service Center (VCSOK) project, launched in 2020. It gradually developed and implemented in the online platform www.my.energo-pro.bg all the steps necessary for the procedure of connection to the electricity distribution network in North-East Bulgaria. The innovative initiative brought together the ideas and efforts of various units in ENERGO-PRO and made it the first company in the sector to provide this type of service. To start the process independently, the customer requests a one-time PIK code in the Service Center, then submits online his application for joining, applies documents. In this way, the client has the opportunity, in addition to requesting online, and tracking the status of execution on the platform, to be informed about the steps that lie ahead until the procedure is completed.

Due to frequent cases of offering consulting services with claims to speed up the procedure of joining the network, ENERGO-PRO warns that it has not authorized external companies or individuals to provide such advice in the licensed territory of the company. The network company ERP North recommends that, in case of additional questions about connection to the electricity distribution network in North-East Bulgaria, customers should contact the official channels of communication with the company — the 24-hour telephone line 0700 16161, e-mail info@erpsever.bg, as well as in the Customer Service Centers.

The new VCSOK electronic portal greatly facilitates customers, as the need to fill out paper applications, print out documents and visit a physical office for each stage of the accession procedure is minimized. Customers save time and get traceability of all deadlines and transparency regarding the entire process from the convenience of their own electronic device.

As part of ENERGO-PRO's VCSOK project in June, tablets were installed at all counters in the physical Customer Service Centers for signing part of the documents. One of the latest innovations in the portal is the possibility of submitting applications for the connection of renewable energy sources. In the next stages of the project, it is planned to digitize other services of the company, and in the near future the introduction of online submission of applications for entering into contractual relations with ERP North and ENERGO-PRO Sales is about to be introduced.
