In connection with the state of emergency declared by the National Assembly today, 13.03.2020, on the territory of the Republic of Bulgaria, due to the increasing risk of the spread of Covid-19 and the recommendations of the Ministry of Labor and Social Policy to the employers' organizations in the country, ENERGO-PRO is taking appropriate measures to limit the spread of the virus.
The company once again urges all its customers to limit their visits to customer centers and use online remote service opportunities regarding payment of monthly bills, checking consumed electricity, updating customer data. In the contacts section of the ENERGO-PRO website, customers can find all the telephones, emails and postal address of the company, to which they can send their inquiries, send letters depending on the specific need, without having to visit a physical office of the company.
To protect the health of all employees of the company, as well as its customers and contractors, ENERGO-PRO introduces flexible working hours and, where possible, remote work. Customer service centers will work every weekday from 8 am to 2 pm with a lunch break from 12 to 12.30, during which disinfection will be carried out on the premises.
Simultaneously with the measures to limit the spread of the virus, the company assures its customers that, as a company of public importance, it is taking effective measures to ensure a secure and uninterrupted supply of electricity, as well as compliance with the conditions of the licenses issued.
