ENERGO-PRO Energy Services issued a green energy certificate to Platinum Business Center

Another Bulgarian company is supplied with ecologically clean energy supplied by ENERGO-PRO Energy Services. The energy trader presented a green energy certificate to the manager of Platinum Business Center, Mr. Rosen Rusev. With it, ENERGO-PRO ensures that the elite business building, located in the heart of Sofia, functions with 100% energy obtained from renewable energy sources.

“With the decision to purchase environmentally friendly energy, our company expresses its commitment to protecting the environment and providing comfort for tenants in Platinum Business Center. Our choice to use fully renewable electricity is provoked by our desire to maintain ecological balance and is another step towards achieving sustainable development of the world around us,” said Mr. Rusev.

ENERGO-PRO Energy Services launched the initiative for awarding green energy certificates 2 years ago and was the first commercial company in the energy sector to issue this type of document. Certificates for 100% energy from renewable sources are based on existing Guarantees of Origin issued by the Agency for Sustainable Energy Development, which are owned by ENERGO-PRO Energy Services.

Since 2016, the leading energy retailer has issued dozens of certificates and counted thousands of guarantees of origin for the supplied electricity. With the attraction to the “green idea” of manufacturing and trading companies operating on the Bulgarian market, ENERGO-PRO Energy Services's efforts are entirely aimed at developing good European practices and validating the use of green energy in the activities of Bulgarian businesses.
