ENERGO-PRO Energy Services with new service SMS Notification

From the beginning of December ENERGO-PRO Energy Services started offering its customers on the free market the SMS Notification service. With the new service, the customer will receive text messages from a short number 176161 to a mobile phone specified by him when issuing an invoice for electricity, as well as when the deadline for payment occurs.

SMS notification can be requested by all domestic and non-domestic customers of ENERGO-PRO Energy Services on the free market, regardless of what product of the company they use. The service is activated for a customer number and is for a period of 12 months. Subscribing to the service brings a number of benefits to customers. It allows for better cost management, since timely information about an obligation that has occurred allows more efficient financial planning of upcoming payments to customers. With the new service ENERGO-PRO Energy Services is committed and reminds of obligations with an expiring payment term. This provides an opportunity for the respective customer who has activated the service to avoid accruing interest for late payment and not create the prerequisites for interruption of the electricity supply.

All customers of ENERGO-PRO Energy Services who wish to activate the SMS Notification service can do so by submitting an application through their personal sales manager or in one of the customer centers of the company.
