The leading trader on the Bulgarian free market of electricity, ENERGO-PRO Energy Services, has renewed the green energy certificate of “Danube Press” printing house in Ruse. A year earlier, the printing house became the third company in Bulgaria to receive a green energy certificate, guaranteeing that 100% of the electricity supplied to it is produced from renewable sources. The new document was handed over to the Executive Director of “Danube Press”, Nikolay Aleksiev from Bogomil Nedevski, Head of Sales to Key Customers at ENERGO-PRO Energy Services.

“Danube Press” invariably follows a clear company policy aimed at protecting the environment,” said Nikolay Aleksiev. “Our company has always strived to operate in an appropriate and environmentally friendly manner, investing in equipment, technology and good practices to carry out its activities. The Green Energy Certificate is a confirmation of our full commitment to the prudent management of our planet's natural resources. We are glad that in the person of our electricity supplier ENERGO-PRO Energy Services we have met an excellent partner in our mission to continue to be a “green company”, added the Director of Danube Press.

ENERGO-PRO Energy Services is the first company in Bulgaria to provide its customers with the opportunity to certify that the electricity they purchase is produced entirely from renewable energy sources. Green energy certificates are based on Guarantees of Origin issued by the Agency for Sustainable Energy Development.

“Over the past year and a half, our company has awarded green energy certificates to dozens of companies and enterprises. This is an indicative sign of the development of the philosophy of the “green idea” in our country. It is important for us that ENERGO-PRO Energy Services is establishing itself as a successful business partner in Bulgaria, which develops its activity more and more purposefully in the conditions of effective management of natural resources”, said Mr. Nedevski, Head of Sales Department for Key Customers in the energy company.
