ENERGO-PRO Energy Services provides all business customers in Bulgaria who need to enter the free market of electric energy, an easy and affordable way to submit a request for obtaining an individual supply offer tailored to the specifics of their business. The new form to fill out is posted online at portal.eproes.bg/offer. The request page is also available through the home page of www.kupitok.bg- the first online platform in Bulgaria for the conclusion of a contract for the supply of electricity, established in 2016.

The form is maximally simplified for the convenience of customers. It requires the completion of a minimum amount of data and is available to any user regardless of where they are located in the country. In addition to receiving an offer for the supply of electricity, through the application business customers can request additional consultation on the upcoming liberalization of the energy market from October 1, 2020. After an application has been received, an EPREU representative contacts the customer by telephone to advise him and offer a suitable product, while explaining the terms of the contracts, the differences between them, the steps for registering on the market and any other commercial information that is important and of interest to him. According to the data provided by the client when filling out the form and during the telephone conversation, he may request that a personalized offer be prepared for him, with improved conditions compared to the standard products available from the site and tailored to his preferences and the specifics of his activity.

A week after the launch of the new online service, hundreds of business representatives in Bulgaria have sent their inquiries to the company. Applications were received from companies with diverse field of activity — trade, accounting, hairdressing services, restaurants and hotels, agriculture, culture, transport and logistics, etc.
