ENERGO-PRO Energy Services built energy-saving lighting system for Performance Business Center
The energy trader with the license for energy audit ENERGO-PRO Energy Services carried out the renovation of the lighting system in the five-storey parking lot of one of the large office buildings in the capital — Performance Business Center. The company's specialists proposed an energy-efficient solution for the parking areas in the building by replacing the fluorescent luminaires with modern InnoLED LED luminaires and optimizing their number and placement. A system of motion sensors has also been built to realize additional savings from unnecessary work of lighting fixtures. LED lighting has a number of advantages, some of which are: high light output, high energy efficiency — 130 lm/W, long service life of LEDs, easy and quick installation. The system of sensors will reduce the operating time of lighting sources and increase their service life.
Perform Business Center is located in the ideal center of Sofia and provides a business environment that meets the high criteria of the business community. The building is located on four streets and has a total built-up area of 37 062 m2, distributed in 10 floors of offices and 5 underground levels, with more than 400 parking spaces. The car park operates under intense load seven days a week. The renovation of the lighting system in the parking lot of the business center will lead to:

According to experts' calculations, the annual savings on consumed electricity as a result of the newly built lighting system amounted to more than BGN 30,000.
