ENERGO-PRO Energy Services notifies by SMS about impending interruption of electricity supply

Since the beginning of December ENERGO-PRO Energy Services has expanded the scope of its subscription service SMS Notification. Until now, its users received text messages when an electricity invoice was issued and when a payment deadline had occurred. From now on, to these two notifications, the energy supplier adds another additional option for timely informing its customers — SMS notification before an impending supply disruption.

The additional message will be received in the event of an impending power outage due to overdue obligations. It will indicate the implementation date planned by the network operator and will remind of any additional costs incurred for interruption and subsequent restoration of the electricity supply.

For already launched subscriptions, the company will make sure to include the additional option, without the need for customers to explicitly submit applications or pay extra.

With the introduction of the third type of sms in the scope of the SMS Notification service ENERGO-PRO Energy Services presents its customers with a comprehensive notification package, which will be an indispensable assistant in the effective management of electricity costs and its comfortable consumption.

All customers of ENERGO-PRO Energy Services who wish to activate the SMS Notification service can do so by submitting an application through their personal sales manager or in one of the customer centers of the company.

SMS Notification is a subscription with a duration of 12 months, valid for a customer number.
