In connection with the state of emergency declared by the National Assembly on the territory of the Republic of Bulgaria and the recommendations of the Ministry of Health and the National Operational Headquarters to limit the risk of spread of the Covid-19 coronavirus, ENERGO-PRO Energy Services calls on all its customers and partners to use communication by telephone, e-mail and other online remote service options.

Our sales managers are available to customers for any questions concerning the free electricity market, who can be contacted by phone and email. Email is also activemarket@energo-pro.bg. The telephone line* 6161 is also open, on which customers can contact an operator every day from 9:00 to 13:00, and at the rest of the time leave voice messages.
