In July, ENERGO-PRO implemented a project for renovation of a low-voltage network in the village of Panayot Volovo, Shumen municipality. The reconstruction is part of the activities planned for 2017 under the investment and renovation program of the company, and the invested funds exceed BGN 55,000.

The project in the village of Panayot Volovo involves the replacement of elements of the electrical network supplying most of the settlement. As part of the repair work, 14 pillars were replaced with new low-voltage reinforced concrete poles along the route at the end of the Parka substation, located in the village. The energy facility is key to powering Panayot Volovo, as it supplies electricity to more than half of the residents. In parallel with the replacement of the poles, a new twisted insulated wire is also put in, which replaces the old air mesh, built of copper and aluminum bare wires. The total length of the renewed network is nearly 3,500 meters.

Due to its excellent technical characteristics, through the use of modern insulated wire in the renewal of the overhead power grid, a high quality of the supplied energy is achieved even in adverse weather conditions. The implementation of the network renovation project will guarantee a more secure power supply for 140 households and companies in the village of Panayot Volovo.
