In 2018, the company reminded a total of 528,000 customers about delayed payment of electricity bills via SMS or email message.
The share of customers notified by ENERGO-PRO about arrears by SMS or e-mail message increased by 9% in the past 2018. Customers prefer this method of notification as more effective for communication, rather than sending a letter to an address for correspondence. Thus, they are quickly and conveniently informed about late payment and can react promptly in case they are late or have failed to pay their bills on time.
The service “Notification of arrears” via SMS or email is completely free of charge and aims to prevent power outages and subsequent payment of a re-inclusion fee.
Anyone who wishes to receive notifications via SMS or e-mail can update their customer contact details with ENERGO-PRO at the Internet address https://update.energo-pro.bg/, also accessible via a banner on the company's homepage.
Also from the home page, customers have the opportunity to make an online report on the electricity consumed by them for three years back. The verification is possible through the specially created portal for domestic customers of the company https://portal.energo-pro-sales.bg/. It is necessary to enter only the individual customer number, as well as the invoice number of the last 12 months. A data graph provides a month-by-month reference for amounts paid or consumed electricity for a selected one-year period within the last three years.
