ENERGO-PRO carries out technical renovation of the system for processing customer requests and payments during the period from 20 to 24 June inclusive. The company introduces a new, modern version of the system, with more advanced functionalities, adapted to the new, dynamic market environment in which energy companies operate in Bulgaria. The new system will create additional opportunities to serve the company's customers faster and more efficiently.

The process of technical renewal of the system requires a temporary interruption of the operation of the online cash registers for payment of consumed electricity from June 20 to June 24, 2014 inclusive, using weekends to limit inconvenience to customers. During this period it will not be possible to pay cash in the customer service centers of ENERGO-PRO, in the cash desks of our partners from Bulgarian Post and Information Service.

Customers who have delayed the payment of their electricity bills or whose payment period expires between 20 and 24 June can use the EasyPay cash desks, which will operate during their normal working hours (addresses can be found on the EasyPay website: http://www.easypay.bg), as well as the Fast Pay cash desks (addresses are available on the Fast Pay website: www.fastpay.bg).

The alternative options that the company has provided to its customers to pay their debts in a cashless way are: by direct debit, bank transfer, ePay, Transcard, iCard, etc.

During these few days, the company will continue to serve all incoming requests, documents and customer requests, but asks for understanding that difficulties are possible.
