ENERGO-PRO categorically rejects the claims of the Commission for Protection of Competition of an infringement

ENERGO-PRO categorically does not accept the CPC's allegations of an infringement, constituting abuse of a dominant position, in its work on the distribution and supply of electricity both on the regulated market and on the market at freely negotiated prices.

In carrying out its activities, the company strives to work efficiently and offer better services to its customers, strictly adhering to the provisions of Bulgarian and European legislation.

The CPC's allegations were not received at the company, therefore we are not aware of the motives for them. Once the ENERGO-PRO experts have thoroughly familiarized themselves with the motives of the allegations, the company will be able to give a reasoned opinion.
