ENERGO-PRO advises its clients in 11 new offices
ENERGO-PRO's initiative to organize outsourced offices in small settlements in North-East Bulgaria continues next week. From June 19 to 23, employees of the company will receive residents of 11 villages in Veliko Tarnovo and Gabrovo districts.
In the exported offices, customers can initiate a procedure for changing the account holder, consult about the process of connecting a new site to the electricity distribution network or use another service that requires a personal visit to the customer service center of ENEGRO-PRO. Thanks to the organized reception centers, residents in the visited settlements will have the opportunity to receive assistance and competent consultation without having to travel to the respective regional city.
In order to use the specified services of the company, they must present an identity document and a document of ownership of the property. The meeting with the specialists of ENERGO-PRO is a great opportunity for all clients to submit up-to-date information about their correspondence data. Thus, they can be sure that if necessary, the company will be able to contact them without difficulty, which guarantees successful and effective communication.
Since the start of the campaign at the end of April, 30 towns and villages in the districts of Dobrich, Silistra and Ruse have been visited so far. Hundreds of visitors used the convenient opportunity to meet and consult with a customer service specialist of ENERGO-PRO in the organized exported offices.
