ENERGO-PRO Networks AD launches a public discussion on the draft General Terms and Conditions for Access and Transmission of Electric Energy through the Electricity Distribution Network

In fulfillment of its obligations under Art. 128 of Ordinance No. 3 of 21.03.2013 on licensing of activities in the energy sector (vol. DV., issue 33 of 05.04.2013), with today ENERGO-PRO Grids AD launched a procedure for public discussion of draft General Terms and Conditions for Access and Transmission of Electric Energy through the Electricity Distribution Network pursuant to Art. 104a of the Energy Act.

The draft General Terms and Conditions for access and transmission of electricity through the electricity distribution network of ENERGO-PRO Grids AD (General Conditions for Access and Transmission) is published on the websites www.energo-pro.bg and www.energo-pro-grid.bg, as well as in the Customer Service Centers.
