ENERGO-PRO Networks and ENERGO-PRO Sales received the prestigious “True Leader” awards

ENERGO-PRO Networks and ENERGO-PRO Sales received the “True Leader” award from ICAP Bulgaria at an official ceremony yesterday, 03.12.14 in Sofia. The award was presented to the manager of ENERGO-PRO Varna Stefan Abadzhiev.

In Bulgaria, ICAP presents the “True Leader” award since 2012 to companies that are leaders in their activity and “showing the way the country should go”. ICAP's mission is to recognize capable managers who have achieved good results in the previous year and contributed to the development of the field in which they work.

This year's ceremony was attended by representatives of state power and business organizations that define the “True Leaders” among companies in the country.

Leaders are awarded to all companies and groups that meet 4 measurable and objective criteria at the same time: to be in the first place in their sector, with a high credit score (B2 - A1), to be among the 300 largest companies in terms of EBITDA and to have significantly increased the number of their employees in the previous year.

After receiving the awards for ENERGO-PRO Networks and ENERGO-PRO Sales, the manager Stefan Abadzhiev shared: “I accept these awards as a great recognition for the efforts of the management and employees of ENERGO-PRO Varna, for the people who drive the company. We are honored to be awarded this distinction, which is indicative that we are moving in the right direction and that, despite the complex economic environment and difficult working conditions, the responsible behavior of a company focused on sustainability produces legitimate results”.
