ENERGO-PRO Networks provides 74 teams on duty during the upcoming holidays

In connection with the upcoming Christmas and New Year holidays, the electricity distribution company operating on the territory of North-East Bulgaria has provided a total of 74 teams that will work in case of accidents on the electricity distribution network. The teams on duty are fully prepared to repair damage to electrical facilities in the districts of Varna, Dobrich, Silistra, Shumen, Targovishte, Veliko Tarnovo, Gabrovo, Ruse and Razgrad. All teams are provided with the necessary personal protective equipment and clothing that fully meets the weather conditions characteristic of the winter season. They are provided with means of communication and backup connections between mobile teams and network management centers.

As in past years, in case of worsening weather conditions, the company has provided the opportunity to regroup and redeploy additional teams to the areas where it is needed.

Customers who have missed paying their electricity bills on time can also do so on the official holiday 31 December. The company has provided cashiers on duty, which will work overtime on this date with working hours from 09.00 to 13.00. The possibilities of paying debts through the cash desks of the partners of ENERGO-PRO (Easy Pay) or by direct debit are also valid according to the working hours of the respective cash desk or bank branch. We would like to draw the attention of all ENERGO-PRO customers that immediately before and during the upcoming Christmas and New Year holidays (in the period from December 21, 2013 to January 01, 2014 inclusive) the company will not interrupt the electricity supply to those of them who have not paid their electricity bill on time.
