ENERGO-PRO Networks proposed a draft of new General Terms and Conditions for access and transmission of electric energy through the electricity distribution network of the company

ENERGO-PRO Networks held a public discussion on the draft of new General Terms and Conditions for Access and Transmission of Electric Energy through the Electricity Distribution Network of the Company (OU) on May 14, 2013. The meeting, which was attended by consumer organizations and customers, is part of the procedure for public discussion of the draft General Terms and Conditions in accordance with the requirements of the Energy Act.

The OU project was published on April 12, 2013 on the websites of ENERGO-PRO and ENERGO-PRO Networks, as well as in all customer service centers in the territory of North-East Bulgaria. In addition to the date, time and place of the public discussion, the company announced a telephone number, postal and e-mail address to which customers sent their proposals and comments on the project by May 14, 2013.

During the public discussion, the proposals and comments of the consumer organizations and customers present on the texts of the new General Terms and Conditions were heard. ENERGO-PRO experts answered dozens of questions and expressed their position on the topics raised.

All proposals made were documented. According to the requirements of the Regulation on Licensing of Energy Activities, they will be sent to the State Commission for Energy and Water Regulation together with the opinion of ENERGO-PRO Grids and the draft of new General Terms and Conditions. The company undertakes to publish all proposals received, as well as the position of ENERGO-PRO Grids, on the website: www.energo-pro-grid.bg.
