ENERGO-PRO Networks publishes General Terms and Conditions for Access of Renewable Energy Producers

General conditions for access of producers of electricity from renewable sources to the electricity distribution network of “ENERGO-PRO Grids” AD under Art. 30 of the Renewable Energy Act (ZEVI) were published today. The public discussion of the draft General Terms of Access was held on 11.06.2012. It heard all comments and suggestions of representatives of industry organizations from the renewable energy sector, as well as electricity producers from RES. The final draft of the General Conditions of Access, all proposals and comments received in the course of the discussion, as well as the opinion of ENERGO-PRO Networks AD on them, were submitted for approval to the State Commission for Energy and Water Regulation (EWRC) on 21.09.2012. By Decision No OU-9 of 20.05.2013, the draft General Conditions of Access was approved by the DCEFR. They will enter into force 30 days after the date of their publication — on June 29, 2013.
