ENERGO-PRO will not carry out scheduled repairs during the upcoming holidays and weekends

ENERGO-PRO informs its customers that it is suspending the planned activities on the facilities of the electricity distribution network during the three days off in connection with the national holiday 3 March. The Company will not interrupt the power supply for arrears immediately before and during the holidays from March 2 to 5, 2017 inclusive.

The bills for consumed electricity can be paid during the weekends of March 4 and 5 at the cash desks of Bulgarian Post, which will work with their usual working hours. On March 3, 2017, the cash desks of Bulgarian Post as well as the Customer Service Centers of ENERGO-PRO will not work.

Customers who would like to reschedule their obligations should submit an application to one of the Customer Service Centers of the company in Varna, Shumen, Dobrich, Ruse, Razgrad, Targovishte, Silistra, Gabrovo, Veliko Tarnovo, Gorna Oryahovitsa and Svishtov.

63 emergency teams on duty of ENERGO-PRO Grids are ready to respond in a timely manner if necessary during the period from 3 to 5 March 2017. At the disposal of customers around the clock for information and reporting is the Call Center of the company: 0700 1 61 61.
