ENERGO-PRO will not cut off the electricity supply to customers during the holidays
In connection with the upcoming Christmas and New Year holidays, the electricity distribution company in North-East Bulgaria has provided 62 on-call teams who will work in case of accidents on the electricity distribution network. The teams on duty will be ready for a timely response to eliminate any damage to electrical equipment in case of possible deterioration of weather conditions. In extreme situations, continuous communication is maintained between mobile teams and network control centers. High-pass equipment and suitable equipment for operation on the facilities in winter conditions are provided. If necessary, the company makes a decision to regroup and redeploy additional teams in areas of increased emergency.
Customers who have failed to pay their bills for consumed electricity on time can do so at ENERGO-PRO's physical cash desks until 3 pm on December 31, at the cash desks of Bulgarian Post, most of which will be open until noon on the last day of the year, or through the other payment methods announced on the company's website https://energo-pro.bg/bg/reguliran-pazar/bitovi-klienti/nachini-na-plashtane. We would like to point out to all clients that the amounts transferred by bank transfer or via the Internet enter the ENERGO-PRO system within two working days.
For the peace of mind of customers immediately before and during the upcoming Christmas and New Year holidays (in the period from December 23, 2021 — January 03, 2022 inclusive), the company will not interrupt the electricity supply to those of them who have not paid their electricity bill on time.
