ENERGO-PRO ensures the security of electricity supply during the holidays
During the upcoming Christmas and New Year holidays, the electricity distribution company in North-East Bulgaria will not cut off the electricity supply to customers who have failed to pay their electricity bills on time, and will not carry out planned interruptions to the electricity distribution network. In case of unforeseen damage to the facilities, 62 teams of the company will be ready to react in a timely manner. The teams will coordinate their activities through constant contact with the dispatch centers serving the territory of North-East Bulgaria, as well as with the management staff. The accountants of the electricity distribution company will report the consumed electricity on a schedule.
During the remaining weekdays until the end of the year, December 23, 27 and 30, ENERGO-PRO customers will have the opportunity to pay their electricity obligations at the Customer Service Centers or in the offices of partners, according to their holiday working hours:
- The post offices of Bulgarian Posts, working on Saturday and Sunday, will serve customers with the standard weekend working hours, and on December 31 they will be available with reduced working hours, published here: https://www.bgpost.bg/bg/messages/2270.
- EasyPay offices will operate according to the festive working hours announced at https://www.easypay.bg/site/files/Christmas_2019.pdf, and on December 31 with standard working hours.
- On January 1, 2020 The customer service centers and cash desks of Bulgarian Posts will not work.
