ENERGO-PRO renovates electrical facilities in two villages of Isperich

ENERGO-PRO implements a project for renovation of the electricity distribution network on the territory of the villages of Podayva and Vazovo, Isperih municipality. The estimated value of the repairs carried out amounts to nearly BGN 65,000 and is part of the investment program of the company for 2017.

As part of the repair work, a total of 46 low-voltage reinforced concrete pillars have already been replaced in the two settlements. It is also planned to renovate part of the air network by inserting a new twisted insulated wire to replace the existing one. In the village of Vazovo, the replacement will cover the route of 31 interstairs with a total length of 1900 meters, and in Podayva - 600 meters of new wire installed on 15 interstairs.

Air insulated wire has better technical performance than other types of wires. Its installation ensures a higher resilience of the network, which in the area of the two villages is subjected to severe weather conditions in the autumn-winter period — violent winds and snowfalls, which often lead to icing of the air network. Thanks to the reconstruction, nearly 140 households in the two villages of Isperich will receive a more secure and reliable electricity supply.
