ENERGO-PRO will provide full assistance in the course of verification by representatives of the Ministry of Energy, which started today. The reason for this was the public statements about “inflated monthly bills” for the period December-January of the company's clients.

Some of ENERGO-PRO's customers had to make an interim report in order to strictly comply with the regulatory requirement for accounting of consumed electricity for a period not exceeding 31 days.

Due to the accumulation of holidays and weekends several times during the year, there is a shift in the reporting schedule, which creates the danger that in a single month a group of clients will be reported for a period longer than 31 days. In such cases, the regulatory framework allows the consumed electricity to be accounted for more than once a month.

Payment of the invoice by all ENERGO-PRO customers who have an interim report in January is deferred without interest for a period of 15 days after the due date. For example, if the deadline for payment on the invoice from the interim report is 10.02.2015, it will be postponed to 25.02.2015. If the term is 16.02.2015, it can be paid without interest until 04.03.2015, and at maturity 25.02.2015 - until 13.03.2015. Accordingly, this will also lead to an extension of the period for power outages due to late payment, by an additional 15 days after the due date of the invoice from the interim report.

Customers of ENERGO-PRO can check their obligation and payment terms on the company's website - www.energo-pro.bg, on the 24-hour telephone 0700 161 61 or at the nearest Customer Service Center.
