ENERGO-PRO organizes a game for customers from Svishtov on the occasion of the opening of a new customer center in the city

10 lucky people will win electricity vouchers worth BGN 50

A new customer service center in the town of Svishtov opens ENERGO-PRO on March 1. Customers from Svishtov and nearby settlements will be able to take advantage of the company's services without having to travel to Veliko Tarnovo or Gorna Oryahovitsa.

On the occasion of the opening of the new customer center, the electricity supply company organized a game “Answer a question and win with the game of ENERGO-PRO” for customers from the municipality of Svishtov. Every week, between 5 and 28 February, the company will ask a question on its website http://www.energo-pro.bg/bg/Kampanii. The correct answer to the question gives the participants a chance to win one of the 10 electricity vouchers worth BGN 50. The lucky winners for each week will be announced on the company's website on February 12, 19, 26 and March 5, 2013.

The new center will open on March 1 at ul. “Petar Angelov” 18A with working hours from 07:00 to 18:00 without interruption. It will operate 2 cash desks for payment of services and consumed electricity and 2 counters for inquiries and document processing. Customers will be able to take advantage of all the services offered by the company — checking and paying a bill for electricity consumption, updating customer data, receiving reports, submitting an application for a technical inspection of an electricity meter or meter panel, as well as for joining a new facility, concluding or terminating a contract for electricity supply and others.
