ENERGO-PRO organizes exported offices in 10 settlements in Varna region

Teams of customer service specialists in ENERGO-PRO will visit this month 10 new settlements in North-East Bulgaria under the project “Exported Offices”. From 15 to 19 October 2018, employees of the company will consult the residents of Provadia, Dolni Chiflik, Dalgopol, Beloslav, Staro Oryahovo, Byala, Valchi dol, Partizani, Stefan Karadzha and Aksakovo in Varna region. Earlier this year, the specialists visited settlements in the regions of Veliko Tarnovo, Gabrovo, Razgrad, Ruse, Targovishte, Shumen, Dobrich and Silistra.

The initiative provides customers with the opportunity to use the services of the Customer Service Centers and to be consulted on all issues related to electricity supply in more convenient locations for them. The outgoing offices of ENERGO-PRO work in coordination and in close cooperation with the mayors of the settlements.

The services that ENERGO-PRO offers in its exported offices are:
