ENERGO-PRO organizes exported offices in the cities of Byala and Vetovo in the Ruse region
The project of ENERGO-PRO “At the service of the client” continues with the next stage of the initiative, which includes the organization of outsourced offices in the cities of Vetovo and Byala, Ruse region. The idea of the project, launched in 2014, is to enable all residents of settlements where there are no active Customer Service Centers to receive a consultation with the company's specialists. ENERGO-PRO works with the partnership of the Municipalities in the respective cities, which assist with providing premises for carrying out the initiative in familiar and convenient for customers places.
The main goal of the project is for residents of smaller settlements to take advantage of the company's services by meeting with ENERGO-PRO Customer Service specialists on the territory of their municipality. In the mobile offices of the company, customers will be able to start a procedure for changing the holder of the electricity bill when acquiring a new property, get advice on connecting a new object to the electricity distribution network, find out about their bills and the tariff structure of the price of electricity, update their correspondence data, as well as ask any other related questions. with the consumption of electricity and the services provided. In the exported offices it will not be possible to make cash payments.
On 20.09.2016 ENERGO-PRO will have an exported office in the city. Byala, Ruse region, in the building of the National Community Center “Trudolyube 1884” on ul. Exarch Joseph 9. The next day, 21.09.2016 the specialists of the company will be in the city. Vetovo, Ruse region, in the building of “Nikola Yonkov Vaptsarov” Community Center on ul. “Third March” 6.
