ENERGO-PRO organizes exported offices in Silistra and Dobrich region
For another year ENERGO-PRO serves customers in small settlements in North-East Bulgaria within the framework of the project “At the service of the customer”. Next week, the company will organize mobile offices for customer service on the territory of Silistra and Dobrich districts. In them, residents of the respective settlements will have the opportunity to use the services of ENERGO-PRO without having to travel to the district center.
The initiative is a convenient opportunity for customers to update their correspondence data. To do this, it is necessary to present an identity document and a document of ownership of the property. Updating the customer data would save possible inconveniences for customers when using the company's services.
A number of ENERGO-PRO services will be offered in the mobile offices — visitors can start the procedure for changing the account holder, get advice on issues related to electricity consumption, get informed about the process of connecting a new facility to the electricity distribution network, etc.
The organization of outsourced offices under the project “At the service of the client” started in 2014 and has become a tradition in communication with the company's clients. For their convenience, receptions are held in various settlements where there is no active service center of ENERGO-PRO. As before, the company works in cooperation with municipal administrations and town halls in the implementation of the initiative.
