ENERGO-PRO organizes exported offices in the districts of Dobrich, Gabrovo and Shumen

In the period from 6 to 9 June 2022, teams of “Customer Service” specialists of ENERGO-PRO advise clients in the settlements Balchik, Dryanovo, Novi Pazar, Kavarna, Tryavna and Sevlievo. The campaign is organized regularly in order to offer consumers in small settlements in the territory of North-East Bulgaria easy access to various services related to the company's activities. Especially useful are the outsourced reception rooms for the elderly, who find it more difficult to travel to the district cities where the ENERGO-PRO Customer Service Centers are located.

Most often, the topics on which customers are looking for the company's specialists in the exported offices are changing the batch holder, updating customer data for better communication with the company, checking and clarifying electricity bills, requesting various services, starting a procedure for joining the network, and others. Visitors receive assistance from the specialists in the outsourced reception rooms in requesting all ENERGO-PRO services that do not require payment in cash. In order to be granted access to the information on the specific request, it is necessary for the client to present an identity document and a document certifying the ownership of the property to which the relevant service relates.
