ENERGO-PRO organizes exported offices in the regions of Ruse and Shumen

New 24 settlements in Ruse and Shumensko will be visited by specialized customer service teams from ENERGO-PRO. The campaign is being held for the seventh consecutive year and covers small settlements in Northeastern Bulgaria. In April 2019, the specialists of the energy company served more than 1200 customers from Gabrovo and Veliko Tarnovo regions within the framework of the campaign. The outsourced reception centers work in coordination and in close cooperation with the mayors of the settlements.

The services that ENERGO-PRO offers in its outbound offices are change of electricity bill holder, updating of customer data for timely communication with the company, checking and clarifying electricity bills, requesting cashless services and others. Customers verify their identity in the mobile reception rooms of ENERGO-PRO with an identity card, and in the case of requesting a service or changing the account holder, they provide an original document of ownership of a property for reference.
