ENERGO-PRO organizes exported offices for its clients in Sevlievo, Tryavna, Pavlikeni and Elena

ENERGO-PRO continues the initiative to be close to its customers, organizing for another year exported offices in settlements in Northeastern Bulgaria, where the company does not have customer centers. In June, residents of Sevlievo, Tryavna, Pavlikeni and Elena will have the opportunity to use the service.

The exported offices of ENERGO-PRO will provide customers with the opportunity to submit documents and request all free services offered in the customer centers, update their correspondence data and receive consultation from a specialist on all issues related to the company's activities. In the exported offices it will not be possible to make cash payments.

The ENERGO-PRO initiative was received very positively both by the population of the municipalities in which the outsourced offices were organized, and by the representatives of the local government who assisted in its implementation. It is extremely useful for residents of smaller settlements, who can take advantage of the company's services without having to travel to one of the Customer Service Centers.
