In connection with the upcoming holidays ENERGO-PRO is taking additional measures to ensure reliable power supply. In order to ensure bright and comfortable holidays, the company suspends all planned power outages on its operating territory in the districts of Varna, Dobrich, Silistra, Shumen, Targovishte, Veliko Tarnovo, Gabrovo, Ruse and Razgrad, in the period 20.12.2025 — 05.01.2026. During the holidays, 66 ERP North teams on duty will be on standby around the clock and will respond in a timely manner in case of emergency situations in order to quickly restore the power supply. Employees are provided with off-road vehicles and specialized equipment. If necessary, teams will be redeployed to the affected areas.

Before the Christmas and New Year holidays ENERGO-PRO reminded its customers to plan their payments in advance, because in connection with the upcoming introduction of the euro as the main currency in the Republic of Bulgaria, on January 5, 2026 — the first official working day of the year, temporary restrictions will be introduced:

  • Customer service centers will not accept customer payments for electricity and paid services;
  • The virtual POS (vPOS) of ENERGO-PRO Sales will not be available;
  • Payments to ENERGO-PRO Sales AD via EasyPay and Bulgarian Posts EAD will not be accepted.
  • Payments to ENERGO-PRO Energy Services via EasyPay will not be accepted.

From January 6, 2026, the acceptance of customer payments will be reinstated.

Additionally, the company informs that no invoices for advance payments will be issued for the month of December 2025. The measure aims to ensure a smooth transition to payments in euro and to comply with current regulatory requirements.

ENERGO-PRO thanks its customers for understanding.
